Are you looking for an affordable warm and inviting space for your next meeting, gathering, or conference?

We strive to do everything in excellence! The HOPE Center is a brand-new conference center that has newly renovated rooms with a state of the art sound system, and much more. We are conveniently located less than a mile from Highway I-355 and the Promenade Shopping Center which is an outdoor mall with many restaurants. Many hotels are located nearby and there is a bus line just outside the center that makes direct round trips to and from Downtown Chicago throughout the day.

Our Conference Room is a 2,000 square ft. space that includes a large, beautifully decorated stage. This room will comfortably seat up to 150 people theater style. We can also set up round tables with beautiful center pieces to make sure that your baby or bridal shower, wedding reception, celebration, business meeting, or conference is a memorable event for all who attend. The Conference Room also has adequate space for resource tables to sell your products. We will work with you to make sure that your event is unique and special.

If you would like the Coffee Café open before or during your events, we would be happy to serve you gourmet cappuccinos and lattes (available for purchase) or tea drinks. The Coffee Café has enough seating for 25 people and includes upbeat music with a faux fireplace and uplifting resources to read while you relax and enjoy your specialty drink. A portion of the sales of our coffees and teas benefit charity.

Rental Fees:

The large conference room is available for rent for $95 per hour or $750 for all day (up to 10 hours) or $550 for ½ day (up to 6 hours). There is an additional $50 set up and cleaning fee and additional cost to use the sound system. If you only need one microphone and do not need to use the screens for power point or song lyrics, etc., that is included in the price. We ask for a $100 deposit to hold the date which will be deducted from the rental fee. We also require a $150 refundable security deposit. All balances need to be paid in full 10 days prior to the event.

Currently, we do not have a liquor license so we request that no alcohol be present on the property at any time. We also ask that all food that is brought into the Hope Center be catered in.
